The Central House was born with the purpose of offering real, authentic and lively urban experiences where our inspiration is the search for the local and most autochthonous flavour.



From the neighbourhood and the world.



With a view to being a positive asset, we integrate ourselves into the life of the neighbourhood, seeking a balance between tourism and daily life, offering spaces available for the use of the neighbours. Thus, TCH Madrid Lavapiés was our first project. We found in Lavapiés that lively, multi-cooltural and characterful neighbourhood we were looking for. And so we set out to build a hostel full of life, with soul, and for everyone.

Lavapiés was just the beginning. More came later: the friendly Ribeira in Porto, the sunny Baixa in Lisboa, the modern Barcelona, the colourful Medina of Marrakech and the vibrant Istanbul.

And we are looking forward to more!
